Lyndsey Wunderlich is a licensed physical therapist and certified holistic health practitioner who supports clients globally in their journey of healing from chronic and mystery illnesses. Her mission-driven practice, Lyndsey’s Grateful Healing, was experiencing growth but faced several workflow bottlenecks on the digital front.
She approached us with a clear goal: to transform her Wix website into a fully automated client onboarding hub—from discovery call booking to digital intake forms, signatures, and payment collection. She also needed the backend simplified so she could easily manage it herself post-launch.

The Challenge
Lyndsey's existing online experience lacked essential automation and user-centric flows.
Key issues included:
No seamless booking or calendar view for availability
Manual intake process through scattered documents and emails
No digital signatures or automated form delivery
Payments handled externally, leading to drop-offs and inconsistent tracking
No email notifications or calendar sync

Our Solution
We approached the redesign and system setup as a full-stack booking and intake automation solution, while maintaining a warm, inviting aesthetic aligned with Lyndsey’s brand and values.
1. Streamlined Booking Workflow
Wix Scheduling was integrated with a calendar view so clients could self-schedule.
A multi-step form system was configured to appear post-booking.
We created a custom transition logic: Booking ➝ Form Completion ➝ Signature ➝ Payment.
Forms were linked to specific appointment types, triggering the correct workflow.
2. Legal Forms & Digital Signatures
We integrated Wix-compatible eSignature tools to capture three legal documents digitally.
A total of 70+ fields were mapped across four forms, with real-time signature capture.
Signed forms were instantly emailed to both the client and Lyndsey using Zapier-based automation.
3. Payment Integration
Implemented Stripe and PayPal, ensuring payment gates open only after form and signature completion.
Worked with the client to complete Stripe approval for a health and wellness service.
Payment confirmations were tied back to bookings via automated tags.
4. Email Notifications & Calendar Integration
Integrated Google Calendar, syncing appointments automatically with both parties.
Confirmation emails included date, time, Zoom link (if virtual), and next steps.
SMS reminders were configured using Wix’s native functionality, enhancing show-up rates.
5. SEO & Business Infrastructure
Performed on-page SEO: custom meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, and keyword analysis.
Verified the domain with Google Search Console for indexing and visibility.
Configured custom domain email routing for a polished brand image and smooth inbox management.
