Project Overview
Davydov Consulting engaged us to redesign the existing website for SAMI Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic foresight and future planning. The goal was to create a modern, responsive website built on the Wix Studio platform that would better showcase the firm’s services, case studies, and expertise. The project also required the integration of a Content Management System (CMS) to enable easy updates and management of dynamic content.

Scope of Work
The project’s scope was comprehensive, involving a complete overhaul of the existing website design and structure, while adhering to the following key requirements:
Responsive Design: The new design was created to be fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to four major breakpoints: mobile, iPad, desktop (15-inch), and iMac.
Dynamic Pages & CMS Integration:
Home Page: A dynamic main page highlighting key services, recent blog posts, and a compelling call-to-action (CTA) to explore more about SAMI Consulting.
Secondary Pages (Standardized Template): Included pages like Services Offered, Techniques, and Resources. These were designed to use a standardized template for consistency and ease of future updates.
Client Page: A dedicated section to showcase testimonials, case studies, and a portfolio of past clients.
Case Study Pages: Detailed pages for each major project or client story, highlighting challenges, solutions provided, and outcomes.
Team Page: Biographies and professional backgrounds of team members, possibly including personal insights or professional tips related to the industry.
CV Pages: Specialized pages for key team members, showcasing detailed career achievements, publications, and contributions to the field.
Blogs Page: A section for regular updates, articles, and insights into industry trends, company news, and practical advice from experts.
Techniques Pages: Detailed explanation of various foresight and strategic planning techniques used, differentiating this section from general service offerings if necessary.
Contact Page: A detailed contact page with a form, map, and direct contact details for different departments or key personnel.
Technical Pages and Elements: The development also included all necessary technical pages and elements such as headers, footers, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, custom 404 and 500 pages, cookie banners, and favicon settings.
Wix Blog Integration: The News section was implemented using Wix Blog to allow for easy content updates and management.
Compliance: The website was developed with full adherence to accessibility standards, GDPR compliance, and basic SEO best practices. This included setting mandatory meta tags and optimizing images for faster loading speeds.
SEO & URL Management: All basic SEO settings were configured, including the preservation of existing URLs where possible. For URLs that needed to change, 301 redirects were set up to maintain SEO integrity.

Design & Development Process
The design process involved close collaboration with the client to ensure that the new website not only reflected the SAMI Consulting brand but also met all functional requirements. We proposed several changes and improvements throughout the development phase, ensuring the website was user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the latest web standards.
The development process focused on creating dynamic pages powered by the CMS, allowing the client to easily update content across the site. Where dynamic pages were not feasible, static pages were developed with the same attention to detail and usability.

Results
The redesign and development of the SAMI Consulting website were completed successfully. The new site is now fully responsive, providing an optimal user experience across all devices. The integration of dynamic pages and CMS has significantly improved the client’s ability to manage and update content, ensuring the website remains current and relevant. Additionally, the incorporation of SEO best practices has enhanced the site’s visibility in search engine results, contributing to better online engagement.
